nice depth, a bit too much smoke
this fragrance certainly lives up to its name, with a prominent smoky oud and deep dark amber. it’s clearly an evening scent and quite refined. however, on some days, the smoky aspect can be a little heavy for my preference, almost covering the subtleties of the saffron. still, it's a solid, long-lasting scent.
