where we ship
we ship to 26 european union countries: austria, belgium, bulgaria, croatia, cyprus, czech republic, denmark, estonia, finland, france, germany, greece, hungary, ireland, italy, latvia, lithuania, luxembourg, malta, netherlands, poland, portugal, romania, slovakia, slovenia, and sweden.
we don't currently ship outside the eu. uk customers — we're working on it, but post-brexit customs paperwork for fragrance is complicated. join the newsletter on the homepage and we'll tell you the minute it becomes possible.
delivery windows
- france, benelux, germany, austria, italy — 2–4 working days.
- iberia, ireland, denmark, czech republic, hungary, poland — 3–5 working days.
- nordics, baltics, romania, bulgaria, greece, croatia, slovakia, slovenia, cyprus, malta — 4–7 working days.
orders placed before 14:00 cet on a working day ship the same day. orders placed afterwards (or over the weekend) ship the next working day. we don't ship on french public holidays — the atelier is closed.
shipping fees
- orders €50 and above — free shipping, every country.
- orders under €50 — flat €4.90, every country.
- discovery-only orders (three or more 2ml samples) — same rules: free over €50, flat €4.90 below.
there's no "customs handling fee" — all 26 countries we ship to are in the eu single market, so your order clears the customs line before it ever leaves grasse. the price you pay at checkout includes eu vat at the rate of your shipping country.
tracking
you get a tracking link in the dispatch email — usually within a few hours of placing the order, certainly the same working day. the link updates as your package leaves grasse, clears the regional hub, enters local delivery, and reaches your address.
if the tracking link stops updating for more than three working days, write to [email protected] with your order number and we'll chase the courier directly.
carrier partners
we use a small set of trusted couriers: colissimo and chronopost for france and benelux, dpd for central and eastern europe, fedex for everywhere else. the carrier assigned to your order depends on the destination — you'll see which one is delivering as soon as the dispatch email lands.
if something goes wrong
- parcel lost. if the tracking shows no movement for more than seven working days after dispatch, we open a claim with the carrier and ship you a replacement at no cost. you don't pay twice.
- broken bottle. photograph the damage and email [email protected] within 48 hours of delivery. we'll ship a replacement same-day.
- wrong product. happens once in a blue moon — same email, same fix, no return required for the incorrect item.
